Fall Trend #2: With a bullet you can rule the World

Many young women have been avoiding lipstick because it is normally associated with women of an older generation. I find that to be false. There is nothing better than a brand new tube of lipstick. 75% of women believe that lipstick makes them more confident. And i agree because bold lipstick demands attention as opposed to lipgloss.  If you properly care for your lips you will never want to go back to lipgloss.

This year lipsticks made a comeback and the fall colors are announcing their dramatic arrival. Deep reds, violets, and browns have lips commanding attention. Now i will tell you the keys to having great looking lips.

Step 1: Exfoliate your lips twice a weak. You can use a lips scrub or sugar. Or you can use vaseline and a toothbrush to massage/exfoliate your lips.

Step 2: Moisturize your lips. At night i use something heavy like vaseline or a lip crean. In the day i just use any kind of chapstick.

Now you are ready to apply your lipstick without your lips looking dry. To help your lips stand out even more feel free to put i hi-lite on ur cupids bow or clean up you edges with foundation. And finally, if you want your lipstick to last try a sealer. Hopefully this post helps some of you share my love of lipsticks.

Fall Trend #1: Fur

The fur trend from last fall and winter is being carried into this season but this time its all over the place! Clothes, shoes, purses, and even jewelry. Now just because its everywhere it doesnt mean you have to wear it all at the same time. The key is placement and proportion. You may be able to get away with wearing more when its a survival technique in the middle of a blizzard not the to die for coat with matching fur on the boots, purse, hat, and undies in 96℉ weather lol. Also remember to wear the fur and not let it over power you unless youre going for the sasquatch look. My last tip for fur is go faux! Not only do innocent animals get to keep their skin, its also cheaper, and you wont feel as bad if it gets ruined :D
